Blush Sky Company provides a portfolio of digital services including:

• AI Solutions: chatbots, workflow automation, custom AI implementations, and intelligent assistants.
• GEO Optimization: Generative Engine Optimization for visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): schema markup, structured data, and content architecture for AI extraction.
• Web Design & Development: UX/UI design, full-stack web development, and modern site builds.
• AI Chat & Voice Interface: an AI-powered voice and/or text interface designed to simulate conversational interactions. Responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems and do not represent human judgment, professional advice, or factual guarantees.

Service details, features, pricing, and capabilities may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the website, its underlying infrastructure, or other users’ experience.

4. AI Disclaimer & No Professional Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service uses artificial intelligence, which may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate responses.
• The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
• You should not rely on AI-generated responses for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, financial matters, or any other critical context.

5. User Consent to Voice, Audio & Conversation Recording

By using the Service, including voice, text, or any other input, you expressly consent to:

• The capture, recording, and processing of your audio and text input
• Transcription of voice input into text by automated systems
• Logging and persistent storage of conversation transcripts (including both your messages and AI responses) on our servers
• Transmission of audio or text data to third-party AI service providers (including but not limited to OpenAI) for processing
• Review of stored conversations by Company personnel for quality assurance, safety, compliance, or service improvement

All-party consent notice: By using the voice feature, you acknowledge that your voice and the content of your conversation may be recorded. If you are communicating on behalf of others or in a location where recording consent laws apply, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents before using the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any audio, voice, or content submitted through the Service.

6. Data Usage, Storage & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at blushsky.com/privacy.html.

You acknowledge that:

• All AI interactions, including voice transcripts and text messages, are logged and stored on our servers and may be analyzed or reviewed for system performance, safety, service improvement, or compliance purposes.
• Conversation data is transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) and is subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices.
• We do not guarantee confidentiality of any information submitted through the Service.
• You should never submit sensitive personal information, including but not limited to: Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account details, passwords, or authentication credentials.
• Stored conversation data may be retained indefinitely unless you submit a deletion request to info@blushsky.com.

7. Conversation Recording & Monitoring

You are hereby notified that conversations conducted through this Service, including voice and text, may be recorded, stored, and monitored. By continuing to use the Service after reading this notice, you consent to such recording and monitoring.

Specifically:

• Voice input is transcribed and stored as text on our servers.
• Text input and AI responses are logged and stored on our servers.
• Stored conversations may be accessed by Blush Sky Company staff for quality assurance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service improvement.
• Conversation data may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.
• We are not liable for any unintended disclosure of information you voluntarily submit through the Service.

If you do not consent to recording and storage, do not use this Service.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the AI systems
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or infringing

AI-generated outputs:
