4. Voice and Conversation Data

If you use voice or text chat features, you are hereby notified that your conversations may be recorded, transcribed, and stored. By using these features, you consent to:

• Recording and transcription of your voice input by automated systems
• Persistent storage of conversation transcripts on our servers and third-party infrastructure
• Review of stored conversations by Company personnel for quality, safety, or compliance purposes
• Transmission of voice and text data to third-party AI providers for processing

Conversation data may be retained indefinitely unless you submit a deletion request to privacy@blushsky.com. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days where technically feasible.

5. Sharing Your Information

• AI infrastructure providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to process interactions through our AI features.
• Service providers and vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, email delivery, and other operational functions. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Successors or acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
